TRAINING AND NUTRITION

My training method is taken from a holistic approach and involves a lifestyle modification beginning with the nutrients we fuel our bodies with to the practice of moving weekly. Our mood, body physique, organ health, cognitive functioning, and athletic performance are all dependent on the sustenance we fuel our body with and the actions we take.

MASSAGE THERAPY

The method of treatment I’ve developed focuses on healing injuries and achiness in the body by combining Swedish techniques with deep tissue and athletic therapy. The treatments will be customized depending on your pressure tolerance level and comfortability to provide a therapeutic and soothing touch every time.

FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY

FST is an improved method of stretching the soft tissue to help increase functionality and mobility in joints and muscles. If you’ve ever felt “stuck” or “restricted” in your hips, shoulders, neck, etc. FST is a great way to loosen up the tissue in a pain-free method and experience what it would be like to hit a reset button for your body. Gain the benefits of a yoga class without doing the yoga!
